Let me cut down right to the chase...
This morning I had a job-interview and on my way over there I slipped and fell with my bike because the road was covered with ice. My clothes were dirty and I was going to be late. I felt totally discouraged!
But I had to go to this job-interview and didn't just want to let it slide.
So I called the person who I had this interview with and explained what happened, and told him that I was on my way.
When I got there, I was still shaky from the fall and the interview started off really bad. I didn't know what to say anymore and I froze... It was so terrible!
So I appoligized and asked if I could start over... Luckily for me the man totally understood and as the conversation went on, I started to relax and it was actually a really good job-interview. I was determined to do my absolute best to get this job.
And the best part is... I did get it!!
I could almost not believe it... I really got the job!!
So what I just want to say to you all is that even under bad circumstances, good things can happen!! Just hold on to that willpower and don't let go of your goal! We all know life isn't easy and sometimes it can feel like you never have some good luck... But don't give up just yet, because when you make sure that you keep going after what you want, you will get it!
Ofcourse it's hard work, but it can be done!!!
